This Privacy Policy explains how AIYER, LLC (“AIYER,” “we,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the Starborn platform, including the website starborn.app and related services (“Service”).

By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• users who access or interact with the Service,
• content or data submitted or generated while using the Service,
  and personal information we collect in connection with account registration, product usage, and support.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party platforms where you may choose to deploy or publish generated applications or code.

2. Information We Collect

We collect three general categories of data:

a. Account & Contact Information

Information you provide when creating an account or contacting us, which may include:

• email address,
• username,
• authentication credentials.

We do not collect more personal data than is required to operate the Service.

b. Customer Data (Your Content)

This includes text, code, assets, instructions, and other content you upload or generate through the Service.
You control and own Customer Data.
We process it only to operate the Service.

c. Usage & Analytics Data

We collect limited diagnostic and analytics information related to:

• product usage,

• crash logs,
• interaction patterns.

This helps us understand service performance and improve reliability.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not knowingly collect:

6. Model Improvement & AI Training

AIYER does not use identifiable Customer Data to train models.

However, we may use anonymized or aggregated usage data, patterns, not content,  to improve system performance, accuracy, and safety.
This means your specific projects, text, or creative assets are not used directly to retrain or reproduce content.

7. Data Storage & Retention

Customer Data is stored until you choose to delete it or close your account.

If you request deletion, we remove Customer Data from active systems. Backup or archival storage may persist temporarily for legal, auditing, or disaster recovery purposes, after which it is purged.

8. Infrastructure & Data Location

We operate using globally distributed infrastructure, which means Customer Data may be processed in regions outside your home jurisdiction, subject to industry-standard data protection and security practices.

By using the Service, you consent to this global processing.

9. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers for hosting, analytics, authentication, and infrastructure management.

These providers have access only to the minimum data necessary to perform their function and are contractually obligated to safeguard it.

We do not sell Customer Data to third parties.

10. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Customer Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
However, no system is ever fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all security incidents.

11. Your Rights & Data Control

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Delete your Customer Data
• Export or download your data before deletion
• Restrict or object to certain forms of processing

12. Children’s Data

The Service is not intended for individuals under eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

If we become aware that data belonging to a minor has been collected without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.

If you believe a minor has used the Service or submitted data, contact privacy@starborn.app.

13. Data Retention After Account Closure

When an account is closed or deleted:

• Customer Data is removed from active systems.
• Some metadata or transactional records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, tax or audit obligations).
• Backup copies are purged automatically after their retention lifecycle expires.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to the Service or applicable regulatory requirements.
If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., via starborn.app or in-product communication).

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
